VA Aid & Attendance

A veteran and/or their spouse may be able to qualify for financial assistance from the government to help pay for the costs of long term care. To qualify, the veteran would have served at least 90 days of active duty with at least one day during an active time of war and have less than $80,000 in assets (excluding a primary residence and a vehicle).
